Billing/Withdrawal/Refund Policy

The registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

The tuition fee listed is PER STUDENT, PER MONTH.

If payment is not received by the 2nd of the month, your student(s) may not be permitted to attend classes until payment is received.

To WITHDRAW from a class: You must EMAIL your withdrawal request BEFORE the 1st of the month.

Any withdrawals received during the current month will not be refunded for that month but will go into effect the following month.

You may opt to pay the full tuition amount upfront. If you do, a full refund is available during the first week of classes. A 50% refund is available during the first month of classes, with no refunds thereafter.

Missed Class Policy

We encourage students to find a time make up missed classes. It may be possible to attend a different class during the week. Please speak with the class instructor to find a time to attend an additional class. Please do not come to a class other than the one you are registered for without speaking with the instructor. We have many classes that are filled to capacity, and we want to ensure that there is a spot for you in the class you want before you make the drive out here. This is in an effort to ensure that both enrolled students and makeup students, alike, get the highest quality class possible. We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes.

Classroom Policy

1. No food or drink is allowed in the classroom area. Drinks are permitted in the waiting area and can be kept there during class.

2. The computers and tablets are expensive pieces of equipment. They are also shared among students. As such, we ask that students handle them with care.

     a. Keep your workstation neat and clean after using it.

     b. Use the internet safely. Please do not download anything unless the instructor specifically tells you to do so.

     c. Keep your files organized. Your instructor will help you set up a folder on the desktop where you can store your files.               Do not store files in any other location.

3. Be respectful of the teacher and the other students in class. When the instructor is giving the demonstrations, please pay attention. The instructor is happy to give individual attention to students who need it, but it is unfair to the other students in your class if the instructor has to repeat the lesson because you were not engaged.

Photo Policy

Throughout the course of classes, teachers will periodically take photos of projects going on in class and of students working. These photos can be used on the Paper Plane Learning website as well as in social media posts to promote classes and highlight students' work. By agreeing to this policy, you agree to any photos of your student(s) being used in this way.

This policy must be agreed to in order to register. If you do NOT consent to the use of your student's photos, write so in the comments when you register and we will honor that.
