The following policies are to help ensure a great learning environment for all:
Absences may be made up either before or after the day of the absence at the discretion of the instructor.
If you have days you know you will be gone, or have set religious or other holidays, please inform your instructor at least 2 weeks before the absence. Students will still be responsible for work missed. Videos of classes are available.
Withdrawal/Refund policy is as follows: For classes that are billed monthly: You must inform the instructor of your withdrawal before the 1st of the month and you will not be charged for that month on. Any withdrawals after the 1st of the month will not be refunded. For classes that are billed upfront: All registration fees are non-refundable. Parents can receive a 100% refund of the tuition fee before September 15th. A 50% refund will be offered until October 13th, with no refunds thereafter.
Please be on time to class and signed in and ready to participate online. Students will be required to show their work weekly. Instructors will arrange assignment due dates. Regular parent updates/conferences will occur throughout the term.
No food or drink in classroom. No downloading files onto computers except those assigned by instructors. Always use polite courteous behavior to others online and in person. Be sure your work station is clean after use.
Only use color and 3D printers with instructor permission.
