  • Can I join a class/course after the session has already started?
Yes! I have students that join all throughout the school year. While it's easier to jump into a class as opposed to a course (the class is specifically geared towards students leaving and joining all throughout the year), you are welcome to jump into a course as well and we will do our best to get your student caught up quickly. And don't worry, all fees are automatically prorated, so no matter when you join the class, you'll only be charged for the remainder of the session you have left.
  • What if my student has to miss a class?
Not a problem, we're generally flexible when it comes to making up the missed class. Speak with your instructor to arrange it, but students are welcome to attend a different day that week or attend two courses the week before or after the missed day to make it up.
  • What if I've been waitlisted?
Chances are, you'll be able to join the class. A lot of students who take up enrollment spots have joined the class online, so there is almost always room to add another student whether you're in-person or online. Usually the only case in which we couldn't enroll you is if you want to join in-person but we're already full for in-person students (we have a limited number of desks and computers). We usually check up on new enrollments every week, so if a week has gone by and your waitlist status hasn't changed, send us an email and we'll look into enrolling you in the class.
  • Do all of your classes have the option to join in-person or online?

It's a 3D computer graphics program used to create games, films, and visual effects. It's an industry standard to know how to use and operate Maya when working in a 3D animation field. All our 3D students receive a 1-year license to use the Maya software as part of their registration.

  • Why can't I make payments through the Parent Portal?
Our billing and payment processing is set on a mostly automated schedule. To avoid accidental double payments, parents are not able to manually make their own payments. Registration fees will be processed within the week of registering. Tuition monthly fees will be processed on the 1st of each month once classes start. Tuition upfront fees will be processed when classes start in September (or within the week of registering if you register after classes start).
  • Can I choose to pay upfront or monthly if it's different than how the class I signed up for is charged?
No. You'll be charged how the class is set up to be billed, whether it's upfront or monthly.
  • What is your refund policy?
Withdrawal/Refund policy is as follows: For classes that are billed monthly: You must inform the instructor of your withdrawal before the 1st of the month and you will not be charged for that month on. Any withdrawals after the 1st of the month will not be refunded. For classes that are billed upfront: All registration fees are non-refundable. Parents can receive a 100% refund of the tuition fee before September 30th. A 50% refund will be offered until October 10th, with no refunds thereafter.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments have to go through Jackrabbit, our secure class registration platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
