  • Can I join a class/course after the session has already started?
Usually yes! We have students that join all throughout the school year. Some classes are easier to jump into the middle than others, so please reach out to the instructor first to make sure the class can be geared towards late-joiners. We will do our best to get your student caught up quickly. And don't worry, all fees are automatically prorated, so no matter when you join the class, you'll only be charged from when you join and on.
  • What if my student has to miss a class?
Not a problem, we're generally flexible when it comes to making up the missed class. Speak with your instructor to arrange it, but students are welcome to attend a different day that week or attend two courses the week before or after the missed day to make it up.
  • What if I've been waitlisted?
Chances are, you'll be able to join the class. A lot of students who take up enrollment spots have joined the class online, so there is almost always room to add another student whether you're in-person or online. Usually the only case in which we couldn't enroll you is if you want to join in-person but we're already full for in-person students (we have a limited number of desks and computers). We usually check up on new enrollments every week, so if a week has gone by and your waitlist status hasn't changed, send us an email and we'll look into enrolling you in the class.
